Terms of service

Last updated: 04 Oct 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Vision Pay Live Private Limited ("Vision Pay", "we", "us"), They apply to the Vision Pay website and the VisionPay Android app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

You sell USDT (Tether) to us and we pay you Indian rupees. You send USDT on a supported network (Tron TRC-20 or BNB Smart Chain BEP-20) to the deposit address we show, and we pay the rupee amount into your own bank account or UPI ID. We do not hold crypto for you, offer trading, loans or investment advice, or buy any other coin.

2. Who can use it

• You must be 18 or over, an Indian resident, and legally able to enter into a contract. • You must complete identity verification (KYC) and confirm your mobile number before selling. • One account per person. You may only sell your own USDT, for yourself, not on behalf of anyone else. • Your account is for you alone. Keep your password and Google account secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

3. Quotes and prices

• The quote shows the rate, our fee, GST on the fee, tax deducted at source (TDS) and the exact rupees you will receive. • A quote is locked for [15] minutes. Send exactly the USDT amount shown, on the network shown, to the address shown, within that time. • If the amount, network, token or timing does not match, or the payment arrives after the quote expires, we may re-price it at the current rate, put it on hold for review, or return it (see section 6).

4. Your payment

• Send only USDT on the network shown. Other coins or tokens, or USDT on a different network, may be lost permanently. We will try to help, but cannot promise to recover them. • Payments must come from a wallet you own and control. We do not accept payments from exchanges on behalf of others, from mixers, or from wallets linked to illegal activity. • Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. Check the address and amount before you send. • Your payment is confirmed when the blockchain shows it as final and it passes our checks.

5. Rupee payouts

• We pay only into a bank account or UPI ID in the same name as your verified KYC. • We aim to pay within [the time shown on the order / X working hours] after your payment is confirmed. Bank and UPI delays, holidays and compliance checks can make it longer. • The payout reference (UTR) and a receipt are shown on your order.

6. Holds, checks and refunds

We may delay, hold or refuse an order, or ask for more information or documents, if: • your details do not match, or the payment looks unusual; • we have to by law, or are asked to by a bank or authority; • the order breaks these terms. If we cannot complete an order, we will return the USDT to the wallet it came from, minus the network fee, once the law allows. We may have to report suspicious transactions to FIU-IND and cannot always tell you that we have.

7. Fees and taxes

• Our fee and GST on it are shown in every quote before you confirm. • Under section 194S of the Income-tax Act we deduct 1% TDS (or the rate the law sets) from the sale and deposit it with the government against your PAN. It will appear in your Form 26AS / AIS. • You are responsible for reporting your crypto income and paying any other tax due on it. We do not give tax advice.

8. What you must not do

• Use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, scams, gambling, or funds from any crime. • Give false information, or use someone else's identity, account, bank account or wallet. • Try to hack, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the Service, or use bots to access it. • Get around our limits, checks or pricing. We may suspend or close your account and report you to the authorities if you do.

9. Risks you accept

Crypto is risky and unregulated as legal tender in India. Prices change fast, blockchains can be slow or congested, and transactions sent to the wrong place cannot be undone. Laws on crypto may change and could limit or stop the Service.

10. Availability

We try to keep the Service running, but it may be unavailable during maintenance, network problems or events beyond our control. Support hours are shown in the app.

11. Our liability

• We are responsible for paying you the rupees shown in a confirmed order, once your payment is confirmed and our checks pass. • We are not responsible for losses caused by: crypto sent to the wrong address, network or token; delays or failures of blockchains, banks, UPI or other third parties; your device or account being compromised; or events beyond our reasonable control. • As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fee we charged on the order the claim is about. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be excluded.

12. Closing your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms or when the law requires. Records we must keep by law are kept as described in our Privacy Policy, even after closure.

13. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We will show the new date at the top and tell you about important changes by email or in the app. Using the Service after that means you accept them.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first: most problems are solved quickly. Any dispute will be subject to the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
